This Policy applies to all purchases of our digital education products and related services ("Products"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are available for:
Requested within 30 days from the time of purchase.
Not refundable (examples, non-exhaustive): order bumps, PDFs, templates, worksheets, audits, strategy calls, custom Loom/video reviews, coaching/consulting time, bonus items, coupon discounts, payment plan fees, third-party items, or anything that is not the core course or (if purchased) the community access.
Access to refunded items will be revoked immediately.
Some courses may offer special or exceptional guarantees beyond our standard 30-day refund policy. These special guarantees are:

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only, typically within 10 business days. We do not cover bank, processor, or currency conversion fees. Once refunded, your access is removed.
Payment plans are a purchase obligation. Missed or reversed installments may result in suspension of access; the outstanding balance remains due per the Terms.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before:
Filing a chargeback before completing this process is a breach of this Policy and our Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all access. We vigorously dispute friendly-fraud chargebacks and will provide detailed evidence to the payment processor, which may include (non-exhaustive):
If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you agree to reimburse reasonable dispute fees and associated costs as permitted by law.
We may refuse refunds for: policy gaming, serial refunding, chargeback threats, ToS violations, fraud/scraping, or misuse of access. Statutory rights (if any) remain unaffected where required by law.
Governing law: Delaware law governs; binding AAA arbitration in Delaware; individual claims only; small-claims carve-out as allowed.
